Art is first and foremost a 'form of communication' and practicing it allows us not just to express ourselves in a different form but also develop flexibility, resilience and creativity while getting to know ourselves better.
Each workshop takes between 90 and 120 minutes and up to 3 lectures or workshops can be given per day.
